USES OF COMPUTER
Introduction:
Today's world is full of scientific inventions, The computer is one of the most wonderful and itself inventions of science. Now a days the computer is used in every field of life. It works miracles.
The first computer was made in 1946. The early computers were big and heavy but the modern computers are light, small and attractive. Its main features are speed, storage, accuracy and ability to do many different functions.
The computer has a screen as the T.V. has. It is a computing machine with a keyboard like a typewriter. It has a screen to show figures and signals.
It is said that a computer is hundred times more powerful than our brain. It sorts out, compares, analyses, stores, classifies and calculates the information or data.
It can also store this information for future use.
Computers are used in big offices and small shops,
Banks, factories, schools, colleges, hospitals etc. use computers. We can find computers at the railway station, bus-station and airport. The computer is very useful in space technology. Missiles, rockets and space crafts are launched with the help of the computers.
